How to request the removal of your information

Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Data Protection Laws (GDPR) and platform policies (Facebook/Google), Zion Club offers a simple process for you to request the permanent deletion of your data from our database.

Step-by-Step for Request

To remove your personal data (such as name, email, and volunteer records), please follow one of the methods below:

  • Via Email: Send a request to hi@myzion.club with the subject "Data Deletion".
  • Via Form: Access our Contact page and send a message requesting the removal.

What happens after the request?

Once the request is received, our team will process the deletion within 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the process is completed.

Important Notes

Data deletion is irreversible. If you have access to restricted areas or volunteer systems, your access will be revoked immediately upon completion of the process.
